The learning platform is free for now. No card or subscription is required, and there is no automatic charge. Your published lessons, progress and saved lists remain available through your account.

Your account

There is no platform renewal to cancel. You can stop using the platform at any time or contact us to request account deletion. If paid plans are introduced later, pricing and cancellation terms will be available before you choose a plan.

Questions about a personal service

For a payment or scheduling question about an agreed personal service, email karandey3@outlook.com with your enquiry or transaction reference. Do not share card details, passwords or one-time codes. The terms agreed for that service apply.

Build Lab and Profile Lab

Premium 1:1 services have separately agreed scope and scheduling. Cancellation, rescheduling and any refund conditions are confirmed in writing before the service starts.
